here and take a walk behind-the-scenes to see what they built.

Meet local artist Kateryna Elson
(12:15 p.m.) as she unveils a special 75th anniversary edition print of
the Sacramento NWR. Prints will be available at the bookstore and she will be available for autographs.

meet at Sacramento NWR’s platform -5:30 p.m. (sunset at 6:18 p.m.)
Why do thousands of geese and ducks fly off suddenly after sunset? Where do they go? Join staff in a
discussion then enjoy the sunset.
( Note: due to time of year there may not be a large fly- off , but the
sunset is still spectacular!)
